This page explains what information Most Solutions collects through the forms on mostsolutions.us, why we collect it, and who can see it.
Employer form. Your name, company, job title, work email, phone number, the state where the jobs are, your industry, how many workers you need, which jobs you want to fill, and how you heard about us.
Candidate form. Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, where you live, your citizenship and passport status, your English level, your work experience, and your answers about the EB-3 process.
Contact form. Your name, email and the message you send us.
We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
The Most Solutions team sees the answers you send. If you are a candidate, we may share your information with participating U.S. employers when we match you with a job. If you are an employer, we use your information to work with you on your hiring. We do not sell your information.
Our forms run on Typeform, which stores the answers for us. Google Analytics measures visits to the website. These companies process the information on our behalf.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a message through our contact page and write "Privacy request" in your message. We will reply to every request.
