Hospitality · Front of House
Servers, cashiers, bussers. Sponsored by Upshift across established U.S. operations.
Hospitality (front of house and back of house), warehouse, greenhouse, and light industrial roles at established U.S. employers. All entry-level, all training provided, all with EB-3 visa sponsorship for qualified Filipino candidates. Below: what's hiring, where, and at what wage floor.
Choose an employer that fits the life you want to build in the U.S.
Moving to the U.S. through EB-3 is a major life decision. The employer behind the process — and the type of opportunity you choose — can shape your experience for years to come.
Many unskilled EB-3 offers are tied to a single fast-food franchise or one small business in a small town — the kind that hires only a few people a year. You could arrive somewhere remote, hours from the nearest city, with a handful of coworkers, no Filipino community nearby, no familiar food, no church you recognize. And because your whole case is tied to that one small employer, everything depends on them staying open and committed for the years it takes.
Our sponsor hires in larger U.S. cities — places with established Filipino communities, where you'll find familiar food, a church, and people who arrived the same way you did. You're not just choosing a job. You're choosing where your family will live, where your children will go to school, and the community you'll build a life inside of — for the years this takes, and the years after you arrive.
The EB-3 process can take years from start to finish. That's why long-term stability — and where you may build your life in the U.S. — matters just as much as the job itself.
Our goal is to help qualified candidates access opportunities designed around stronger long-term demand, better locations, and a more structured pathway to living and working in the United States.

Concentrated in Ohio (Cincinnati and Columbus, ~400 between them), with smaller allocations in Atlanta, Detroit, Charlotte, and Las Vegas. When you sign, you commit to one city + one role category. If your preferred city is full, you go on the next-cycle wait list or pick an alternate.
Each position above is sponsored by one of the named U.S. employers in our network. See who they are and what they do.
Before you decide if this is right for you, three things worth understanding about how positions are matched and how wages are set.
At signing, you pick a city and a category (hospitality FOH, hospitality BOH, or industrial). That commitment is locked into your EB-3 filing. Switching cities or categories later means re-filing — and starting the priority date over.
Every wage above is a prevailing-wage floor set by the U.S. Department of Labor for that role in that city. Actual pay from the employer can be higher based on shift, location, and tenure. It cannot be lower.
Most cycles fill before they close. If your first-choice city is at capacity when you sign, you go on the wait list for the next cycle, or pick an alternate city you've pre-approved. You don't get reassigned without your consent.
This page is informational, not legal advice. Position counts, role categories, and wages reflect the current cycle and may change. Wage floors shown are U.S. Department of Labor prevailing-wage minimums; the employer sets actual pay above that floor. Final EB-3 visa eligibility is decided by U.S. government authorities, not by Most Solutions or any sponsor.
